本慈善谨定于清明节 2026年3月26日至4月15日（农历2月初8至2月28日）让族亲们前来本慈善之骨灰瓮安置所祭拜祖先。
宗亲们如需在周末或公共假期（3月28日、29日或4月3日、4日、5日、11日与12日）来祭拜祖先，请于3月2日或之后在办公时间内致电6567 1979来预约周末或公共假期的1小时15分钟的拜祭时段。预约时请通知祭拜人数。其它周日时间无需预约。可预约固定开始时段如下：
7点半、9点、10点半、中午12点、下午1点半、3点、与4点
预约办公室时间 (从3月2日开始预约清明祭拜的时间)：
星期一至星期五 ：早上9点15分至下午4点45分
星期六 ： 早上9点15分至下午12点45分
本慈善于2026年4月5日（农历2月18日）星期天, 将举行常年族人大会(11点15分)及祭祖活动（中午12点正）。
正清（4月5日）的上午祭拜时间一样以1个小时15分钟为限。
为了环保，请大家避免焚烧衣箱。谢谢！

For praying to the ancestors during the Qing Ming Festival from 26th March to 15th April 2026, worshipers are required to call 6567 1979 (during office hour) to book an allotted praying time of 1 hour and 15 minutes on a first come first serve basis for weekends and public holiday. No booking is required for praying on weekday except for Public Holiday ie. Good Friday.
Kindly furnish the number of pax upon booking for the following dates: –
28th, and 29st March 2026;
3th, 4th and 5th April 2026;
11th and 12th April 2026.
The booking time slots of 1hour and 15 minutes for weekend and public holiday will be as follows: –
7:30 am, 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, 3:00 pm, & 4:00 pm.
The office hours to call for booking (commencing from 2 March 2026) :
Weekday : 9:15 am to 4:45 pm.
Saturday : 9:15 am to 12:45 pm.
Please note there will be an Annual General Meeting on 5th April 2026 (Sunday) at 11.15 am with mass ancestral praying to commence at 12 noon.
Kindly note that praying to ancestors is restricted to 1 hour and 15 minutes on 5th April 2026. To promote a Green Environment, please avoid burning big joss clothing box. Thank you
